One of the first questions we are asked after a new account is registered is "What is the difference between paid and free plans?". This short entry will cover the basic features that the paid plans allow you to access in addition to what is offered in the free plan.

Freemium
The Freemium version consists of access to the LiveCall panel and allows to install the widget on your website (for installation instructions click here). After a visitor comes to your website and submits their phone number in the form, you will receive an email notification that someone has requested a callback. You will be bale to see their phone number in the Calls section.

Paid
The key difference to the free plan is that paid plans have a callback function - instead of sending the lead's phone number to your mailbox, you will receive a call. Once you pick up - your lead is automatically being dialed. As the lead picks up, they will be impressed with your fast response time, as well as they will not be subjected to waiting on hold (anyone who has had this experience in the past will know how discouraging and annoying such a wait can be) - someone will be waiting to speak to them as soon as they pick up!
