We have a special feature dedicated to LiveCall users who want to receive callbacks from online contact forms. Do you collect customer information such as name? It would be great for the consultant to know the name of the client before the call, wouldn't it.

Our callback system can read out information from your form to the consultant before the call. Read further to find out how to set this up.

Step 1: Collect additional details with the LiveCall form

In your Widget's Design make sure to add a custom field to your widget. For example lets say you want to add a first name, like this:



Step 2: Insert the field name into Target group name

LiveCall will read our the name of the target group before the call. By adding the form field in the target group you will get information about the customer's name.

Here's how to set it up.

Go to Targeting and add the name of the field in curly brackets next to the text you want to hear:



At the end you should be seeing something like this:
